Serving Suggestion
Fillet Steak & Pepper Sauce (serves 2)
Prepare 2 slices of 8oz Fillet Steak. Heat up frying pan and add 2 spoonfuls of cooking oil. Put Steak into frying pan and cook until desired tenderness. When ready, put steak on a serving plate, garnish with vegetables and French Fries. Pour Yeung's Pepper Sauce onto Steak, ready to serve.

Cooking Instructions:
Pour full contents into a saucepan, add 1 pint (565ml) of cold water, maximum heat and stir constantly with a whisk, once boiled ready to serve.
Keep unopened packet in a cool dry place.
Once opened keep in the refrigerator.
