Preparation Guidelines
Prep: 5 mins
Cook: 10-12 mins

Heat: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Coat: mix chicken pieces and oil together in a large bowl. Sprinkle the seasoned crumbs onto a plate or bowl and dip the chicken into the crumbs, pressing lightly to coat evenly.
Cook: put the chicken pieces into the air fryer basket in one layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy and piping hot throughout.
Cooking time based on 1400W with a maximum basket size of 4.2L.
Cooking time may vary between air fryer sizes and models.
Simply add
450g chicken mini fillets
1tbsp oil
To make a balanced meal with 2 of your 5 a day, just add wholemeal or basmati rice, crunchy slaw, cucumber ribbons, sesame seeds and curry sauce. Why not try using tofu instead of chicken as an alternative protein?
