Cadbury Chocolate Brownie Cake Mix 350g

Whip up your very own velvety chocolate brownies with this easy 3-step baking mix from Cadbury. These moreish brownies have a soft, fudgy centre with plenty of Cadbury milk chocolate chips baked in for that little extra indulgence. Simply combine your mix with an egg, oil and water, then bake for around 20 minutes until your brownies are mouth-wateringly crisp on top and chewy in the middle. This brownie mix makes 16 tasty slices that are perfect for sharing – if you have any left! Serve them fresh from the oven with a scoop of ice cream or let them cool and have one with your afternoon cuppa. You Will Need:
75ml (5 tbsp) Vegetable Oil
90ml (6 tbsp) Water
1 Medium Egg
8 x 8 inch Brownie Tray

Ready in 3 Easy Steps:
Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas mark 5.
Line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.
In a jug, mix together the oil, water and egg. Tip the brownie mix into a mixing bowl and pour in the oil, egg & water. Using a hand held electric whisk, mix for 1 minute until well combined.
Pour into the prepared tray and level with a spoon, bake for 20 - 22 minutes until crisp on the top but with a moist, chocolatey centre. Remove from oven and allow to cool in the tray before cutting into squares.
Best before end: See top of pack.
Store in a cool dry place.
